§ 31.01 DISPOSITION OF MONIES RECEIVED FOR THE SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES.

   (A)   $25 is established as the fee for solemnization of a marriage.

   (B)   All monies gratuitously given or otherwise paid to the Mayor for solemnization of marriages shall be deemed monies received under color of office and shall be allotted to the General Fund of the Municipality.
