SECTION 6.13 ANNUAL AUDITS.
   Council may authorize a financial audit of any or all affairs of the Municipality. This may be in addition to audits by the State of Ohio and shall be made by a Certified Public Accountant and who is not in the employ of the Municipality or financially interested in any transaction to be audited.
