(A) There is hereby established the position of city’s Zoning Administrator.
(B) The city’s Zoning Administrator shall be the primary assistant to the Board of Zoning Appeals and the city’s Plan Commission and shall be responsible for the day-to-day conduct of business coming within the jurisdiction of the city’s Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
(C) The city’s Zoning Administrator shall be appointed by the City Executive and shall serve at his or her pleasure.
(D) The city’s Zoning Administrator shall receive an annual salary, which salary shall be paid in bi-weekly installments.
(E) The city’s Zoning Administrator shall receive other employment benefits commonly provided for full-time employees of the city.
