§ 112.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 112.15 through 112.23 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $10.

(2) Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
