§ 112.23 MELTING OF METALS.

It is unlawful for any person licensed under § 112.15 of this chapter to carry on the business of operating and maintaining a junkyard within the corporate limits of the city, to fuse or melt metal objects, destroying their original identity, on the premises used as a junkyard.
