§ 95.12 PARK HOURS.
   (A)    Parks are open to the public from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
   (B)   Use of park facilities is prohibited between the hours of 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., except for supervised activities which have been approved by the Park Superintendent.
