(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found in violation of § 95.03 of this chapter shall be fined the sum of $25 for the first offense hereof. A sum not to exceed $100 shall be imposed for each additional offense hereof. The enforcement of § 95.03 of this chapter shall be by the city’s Police Department and the city’s Board of Public Health by its Enforcement Officer.
