Any person seeking a license as a peddler shall apply to the Clerk-Treasurer with the proper forms furnished by the Clerk-Treasurer signed and completed by the applicant. The applicant shall specify in writing:
(A) Applicant’s name, telephone number, email, date of birth and permanent home address;
(B) The name, address and telephone number under which the applicant will be doing business;
(C) A description of the business that will be conducted, goods or property to be sold, or purpose of the non-commercial solicitation;
(D) The duration of license requested;
(E) The place where business will be conducted; and
(F) A valid government issued photo ID of the applicant.
