§ 113.21 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate as a peddler within the limits of the city unless the person has obtained a license in accordance with this chapter. Additionally, no person shall act as a helper or assistant to a peddler without a separate license obtained in accordance with this chapter.
