For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association or joint stock association, church, religious organization, religious denomination, society, organization or leave and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee, agent or other similar representative.
