§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   Definition. TRANSIENT SALESPERSON is any person who has not been a resident within the boundaries of the city for 12 consecutive months prior to the time of application for a license.
   (B)   Licensed. It is unlawful for any transient salesperson to sell, or take orders for future delivery, at retail or wholesale, any article or item of any kind, tangible or intangible, including entertainment or entertainment facilities in, upon or along any street in the city, or to go from door to door in the city for such purposes unless the salesperson has made application to and obtained from the Clerk-Treasurer of the city a license authorizing such activity, and has paid a fee of $25 for each day the license is to be in effect.
