731.02 PURPOSE.

It is the object and purpose of this article to exercise the privileges granted by West Virginia Code 8-13-5 and pursuant to its provisions to levy and collect an annual business and occupation tax for businesses carried on within the City taxable under West Virginia Code 11-13-1, et seq.
