1145.09 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND OPERATORS.

Whenever the City or its Police finds that fugitive dust is or may be resulting from an air contamination source in the City, the City or its Police may order the owner or operator to allow access to the land by the City or a third party to take such action.
