1733.18 OBTAINING AND PRESERVING EVIDENCE.

The Agency or executive officer shall obtain any and all evidence, photographic, documentary, oral, written or otherwise, it can reasonably obtain to sustain and support any and all findings of fact, and shall preserve such evidence in the file of the case.
