1733.11 REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE.

The remedies provided by this article shall be exclusive remedies and no person affected by an order of the Agency shall be entitled to recover any damages for action taken pursuant to its order, or because of noncompliance by such persons with any order of the Agency.
