1733.03 CITY BUILDING ENFORCEMENT AGENCY CREATED; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby created the City Building Enforcement Agency hereinafter referred to as “Agency” which shall consist of six members, the Mayor, Building Inspector, one Councilman, and one member at large, the City Police Chief, and the Fire Chief to serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor. (Ord. 21-004. Passed 12-6-21.)
