105.02 FILING FEES FOR CANDIDACY TO THE OFFICES OF MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL.
   (a)   The candidate filing fee for the office of Mayor, shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (b)   The candidate filing fee for the office of member of City Council shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
   (c)   This section supersedes all previous related filing fee ordinances and resolutions.
