(a) General Penalty. Any person, corporation, or other entity found to have violated any provisions of this article shall be liable to the City for a fine in the following amount(s):
(1) First offense: $25.00.
(2) Second offense: $50.00.
(3) Third or greater offense: $100.00.
(b) Fire Fees. In addition to the fines outlined in subsection (a) hereof, any person, corporation, or other entity found to have violated any of the provisions of this article, will be liable to pay the fees and costs incurred in extinguishing any fire started or caused in violation of this article.
