1319.99 VIOLATIONS; PENALTY.

(a) It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector, Planning Commission Chairman, or other official so designated by the Mayor or Council to issue a citation for violations of this article.

(b) The penalty for violating any sections or provisions of this article shall be a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each forty-eight hours the violation exists.
