This article shall not affect house trailers or mobile homes presently located and occupied within the City unless and until such existing house trailers or mobile homes are relocated from their current location for any reason, including, but not limited to, maintenance, and/or such trailers or mobile homes are renovated.
Upon such relocation or renovation, the house trailers and mobile homes will be subject to, and required to comply with, all flood plain regulations and ordinances that are in effect at that time in the City.
