As used in this article:
(a) “Mobile home” means a portable dwelling unit designed and built to be towed on its own chassis, connected to utilities, and occupied on a year round basis. The unit may contain parts that collapse, fold, telescope, or otherwise permit continued mobility. However, these characteristics shall not categorize it as a sectional or modular home.
(b) “Occupied house trailer” means a structure used for temporary housing which is designed for vehicular mobility and not as a permanently located dwelling unit.
(c) “Single family dwelling” means a conventional home built on a foundation, as well as two portable units designed and built to be towed on their own chassis and permanently combined and made immobile upon permanent foundations.
