Any eating or drinking establishment shall have parking spaces equal to 1 space per 1-1/2 seats of seating capacity or 1 space per 80 square feet, whichever is larger. Said parking spaces shall be adjacent to said establishment. Parking spaces on City streets or municipal parking lots can not be used to meet these requirements.
