As used in this article:
(a) “Eating establishment” means any restaurant, diner, coffee shop, lunch stand, eatery, or other business where customers are provided with food or drink.
(b) “Drinking establishment” means any bar, private club, fraternal organization, night club, or other business selling alcoholic beverages by the drink to members or customers. (Ord. 95-002. Passed 5-1-95.)
