Whoever violates any provision of this article or fails to comply with any of the requirements hereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or both fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues or has not been totally abated shall be deemed a separate offense.
