933.01 WATER METER REMOVAL AND TESTING; RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDITION OF PIPEWORK.
   (a)   It shall be the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all pipework on either side of the water meter is in good adequate condition. All valves and fittings related to meter removal must also be in good working condition. All private waterlines are the responsibility of the customer.
   (b)   If any pipework, valves, or fittings are determined insufficient for normal meter removal, the Water/Sewerage Clerk shall be notified to place that customer’s name on the agenda of the next regular Water and Sewerage Board meeting for immediate Board action. The customer will then be notified of any Board decision with sufficient time being allotted for waterline replacement or repair within the guidelines of the rules and regulations of the Public Service Commission.
