929.02 AUTHORITY.

(a) By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and West Va. Code Article 16-1 and Public Health Laws, West Virginia Bureau for the Public Health Chapter 1, Article 5B, the water purveyor has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.

(b) The City of New Cumberland, Rules and Regulations, adopted.
