755.12 OBTAINING AND PRESERVING EVIDENCE.

Council shall obtain any and all evidence, photographic, documentary, oral, written, or otherwise, it can reasonably obtain to sustain and support any and all findings of fact, and shall preserve such evidence in the file of the case.
