(a) Fences shall be kept in good order and repair by the owner or operator of the salvage yard, as determined by Council or any committee duly designated by Council.
(b) Fences shall be sufficient to prevent individuals from entering the salvage yard, and to protect the general public and children of the City, from any dangerous and/or unhealthy condition present in or around the salvage yard. Fences shall be of such height and construction as to effectively screen the public from viewing the salvage.
(c) The costs of screening by fences shall be paid by the salvage yard owner or operator. (Ord. 02-002. Passed 3-4-02.)
