For the purpose of this article, certain terms and words are defined as follows:
(a) “Carnival” means any amusement or amusements such as rides, games of chance, traveling or temporary displays of collectors’ items, unusual items or unusual persons and traveling or temporary short order food operations.
(b) “Circus” means any amusement or amusements such as rides, games of chance, traveling or temporary displays of collectors’ items, unusual items or unusual persons, traveling or temporary short order food operations and inside or outside displays of acrobatic, trapeze, riding or animal training artists.
