The provisions of the twenty-ninth section of chapter thirty-two of the Code of West Virginia, relating to State Licenses, shall be deemed applicable to licenses of a similar character to those therein mentioned, and when granted by or under the authority of the Council of the said Town. Licenses for the keeping of dogs shall also expire on the thirtieth day of April next after they are granted, and all other licenses may be for such time as the Council may determine.
