713.99 PENALTY.

For anyone violating any section of this article for which no penalty is specified herein, the penalty will be no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for a period of not more than thirty (30) days, or both fined and imprisoned.
