The Mayor shall receive the sum of $200.00 per month, not to exceed $200.00 in any one month or $2,400.00 per annum. Such salary shall be in lieu of the fees which would otherwise accrue to the Mayor in proceedings for the enforcement of ordinances, but all such fees shall be collected, when practicable and accounted for to the Town.
