No person shall operate a skateboard or any other type of play vehicle on private property unless first obtaining written permission from the property owner. Private property would include parking lots, building ramps, private walkways, public parks and walkways, driveways or any other area deemed private property by the State whereby owners would be liable for injury and damage.
