945.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any person, firm or corporation performing solid waste collection or disposal within the Village without a proper permit as described in Section 945.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(b) Any person, firm or corporation which violates Section 945.02(b) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
