929.15 MANDATORY CONNECTIONS.
   (a)   Any property within the Village which discharges sewage as defined in Section 929.01 that is within 200 feet of a public sanitary sewer as defined therein that is accessible by gravity flow shall be required to connect to the sewer so as to direct all sewage to the public sewer.
   (b)   The property owner shall be required to purchase a tap permit and pay all cost including labor, materials, equipment and fees to connect to the sanitary sewer.
   (c)   The property owner shall be required to establish an account and pay sewer use charges.
   (d)   All lines and connections shall be constructed and installed as required by Village ordinances, the health department and Ohio EPA.
   (e)   The property Village official shall give notice to any property owner required to be connected to the sewer system. Any property that is not connected to a sewer as required hereinafter being given proper notice may after ninety (90) days be connected by the Village and charged to applicable cost for the connection. If said charges are not paid within 60 days the clerk may certify to the county auditor to assess said costs to the taxes of the property.
