Any license issued hereunder may be revoked at any time by the Mayor, if the licensee is guilty of fraud, misrepresentation or any unlawful act in connection with his business or the application required under Section 717.03 or if the licensee violates any provision of this chapter or falls to comply with any written contract with the Village.
