§ 155.35 ZONING DISTRICTS; PERMITTED SIGNS.
   (A)   The following signs are permitted in all zoning districts:
      (1)   Non-accessory directional and informational;
      (2)   Non-accessory portable/temporary;
      (3)   Accessory portable/temporary; and
      (4)   Billboard and similar non-accessory signs above 110 square feet display area as a use subject to review and regulations as established in § 155.26 of this chapter.
   (B)   The following portion of this section outlines the types of signs permitted in each zoning district.
      (1)   Agriculture zoning districts.
         (a)   A-1: accessory; and
         (b)   A-2: accessory.
      (2)   Commercial.
         (a)   C-1: accessory;
         (b)   C-2: commercial, accessory, non- accessory signs, as primary land use;
         (c)   C-3: commercial, accessory, non- accessory signs, as primary land use;
         (d)   C-4: commercial, accessory, non- accessory signs, as primary land use;
         (e)   C-5: commercial, accessory, non- accessory signs, as primary land use;
         (f)   C-6: commercial, accessory, non- accessory signs, as primary land use; and
         (g)   C-7: commercial, accessory.
      (3)   Industrial.
         (a)   I-1: commercial, accessory, non- accessory, billboard and similar non-accessory signs as a use permitted on review;
         (b)   I-2: commercial, accessory, non- accessory, billboard and similar non-accessory signs as a use permitted on review; and
         (c)   I-3: commercial, accessory, non- accessory, billboard and similar non-accessory signs as a use permitted on review.
