§ 155.26 BILLBOARDS.
   (A)   Billboards and similar non-accessory signs shall be permitted as a use permitted on review, as outlined herein.
   (B)   The display surface area shall not exceed 672 square feet, including the area encompassed by items which are a part of the advertising display but which are mounted so as to extend outside the frame of the sign.
   (C)   All square footage requirements are figured per side with a maximum of two sides.
   (D)   The maximum width shall not exceed 60 feet measured from the extremities of the structure of the sign.
   (E)   The maximum height of the highest point of the structure shall not exceed 40 feet measured from grade level of the ground surface in which the structure supports are placed or the adjacent road grade.
   (F)   The minimum clearance between the lowest point of display surface and the ground surface shall be not less than six feet.
   (G)   (1)   The location shall comply with all established building lines and required setbacks as outlined in this chapter and all other ordinances of the city.
      (2)   Where there is no building setback line established by ordinance or subdivision plat, the signs shall be set back not less than 25 feet or more than 100 feet from property line.
   (H)   No sign shall be constructed, erected or placed in any way on the roof or walls of a building.
   (I)   Sign structures shall be a minimum of 750-foot radius from any other non-accessory type sign excluding non-accessory directional and informational signs.
   (J)   No signs shall be constructed, erected, placed or replaced closer than 50 feet to the nearest property line of residentially-developed and residentially-zoned property.
   (K)   The name of the sign contractor or the sign owner responsible for erection and maintenance of any sign, shall be painted on or attached by use of a name plate in a conspicuous location on the supporting structure or display surface of the sign.
