§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   Each and every day any building or structure is erected or constructed, or each and every day each and every building or structure is placed upon, or attempted to be placed upon, suffered or permitted to remain upon any lots or lot, block or blocks, parts of blocks, parcels of land, streets, alleys, boulevards, lanes, parks or parkways in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense against this chapter, and every person who erects or constructs, or attempts to erect or construct, or suffers or permits any building or structure to remain on the lands in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense against the ordinances of the city for each and every day such building or structure is being erected or constructed, suffered or permitted to remain upon any lot or lots, block or blocks, parts of blocks, parcels of land, streets, alleys, boulevards, lanes, parks or parkways, and any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in this code.
