§ 35.048 PUBLIC HEARINGS.
   In addition to the written notice required by § 35.047 of this chapter, at least ten days prior to the date of the proceedings (public hearing) at which the Council will consider the application and related proposal or project, the City Clerk shall cause to be published at least one time in a newspaper of general circulation within the county in which the related proposal or project is to be located a notice of the date, time and place of the proceeding (public hearing), including a statement that the purpose of the proceeding (public hearing) is for consideration and approval or disapproval of the low-income housing tax credit application and related proposal or project by the Council, which approval or disapproval will determine whether the OHFA approves or disapproves the applicant’s request for low-income housing tax credits.
