§ 35.047 WRITTEN NOTICE; RECEIPT.
   (A)   Upon receipt of notice from the OHFA of an application for tax credits and related proposal or project, the City Clerk shall promptly give written notice to the contact person for the applicant and for the developer, if the developer is someone other than the applicant. The written notice shall be by certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be deposited in the United States mail within seven business days of the receipt by the Mayor.
   (B)   The written notice shall contain the following information:
      (1)   The date, time and place of a proposed proceedings (public hearing) at which Council will consider the application and related proposal or project; (The notice shall be deemed reasonable if received by the contact person for the applicant and the developer, if the developer is someone other than the applicant, at least ten days prior to the date of the Council’s consideration of the application and related proposal or project.)
      (2)   A statement of the legal authorities and jurisdiction under which the proceedings (public hearing) before the Council are to be held;
      (3)   A statement of any statues or rules involved, including a copy of the ordinance establishing and adopting the procedure to be followed by the Council in the proceedings (public hearing); and
      (4)   A concise and plain statement of any and all issues and matters asserted or to be considered at the proceedings (public hearing), whether to be presented or asserted by the Council or by others.
