(A) It shall be the duty of the house mover, at the time of filing his or her application, to notify all public utility companies affected by the move in writing, by mailing to the utility companies, 48 hours prior to the moving date, a copy of the application for a house moving permit, showing the route to be taken and the estimated time of the removal.
(B) Receipt of the notice shall not place any duty upon the utility company, except as provided in § 150.40 of this chapter.
(C) No building may be moved, except upon pneumatic tires.
