§ 150.40 CLEARANCE FOR UTILITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person engaged as principal or employee in moving any building within the limits of the city to touch, move, cut, molest or in any way interfere with any traffic-control signal wire, or any telephone, telegraph or electric line or facility located on any street, alleyway or easement, or to move any building along any street, when the building is of a height that will not adequately clear all traffic-control signal wires, and telephone, telegraph and electric lines, and facilities located on any street, alleyway or easement.
   (B)   The person having control of, or owning any signal wire, telephone, telegraph or electric line or facility shall, after reasonable notice and upon pre- payment of the cost, remove, raise or re-arrange the facility to provide clearance for the designated height of the building as stated in the application for the permit to move the building. The removal, raising or re-arrangement can be accomplished without materially interfering with the public utility service supplied by the facility.
   (C)   The bond shall be renewed annually and no person shall engage in the business of moving houses or buildings unless a bond, as herein provided, is on file with the City Clerk and in full force.
