§ 131.09 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to misrepresent his or her age through false documentation, for the purpose of inducing any person to sell him or her alcoholic beverages.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to have in his or her possession any alcoholic beverages, while the person is upon any street, alley, road or highway, or in any public place within the city.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to open a retail container or consume alcoholic beverages on the premises of a retail package store.
   (D)   No person drunk or in a state of intoxication shall appear, or be upon or in, any street, alley, place of business or other public place, nor shall any person drink any alcoholic beverage upon or in any street, alley, place of business or other public place within the city.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to transport in any vehicle upon any street, alley or other public way within the city, any alcoholic beverage, except in the original container which shall not have been opened and the seal of which shall not have been removed, unless the opened container be in the trunk or any closed compartment or other container out of public view and out of reach of the driver or any occupant of the vehicle.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to buy, receive, possess, sell, barter, give away, manufacture or use any alcoholic beverages in violation of the state’s Constitution and laws or the code of ordinances of the city.
