(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who knowingly violates § 131.11(A) of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of $200, plus court costs.
(2) Any violation of § 131.11(B)(2)(a) or (B)(2)(b) of this chapter is an offense against the city; upon conviction of any such offense, the violator shall be punished as follows:
(a) Not more than $100, plus court costs for the first offense; and
(b) Not more than $200, plus court costs for the second and subsequent offenses.
(3) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.11(B)(3) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed the following:
(a) One hundred dollars, plus court costs for a first offense; and
(b) Two hundred dollars, plus court costs for a second or subsequent offense within a one- year period following the first offense.
(4) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.11(B)(4)(a) and (B)(4)(b) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed the following:
(a) One hundred dollars, plus court costs for the first offense;
(b) Two hundred dollars, plus court costs for the second and subsequent offenses.
(5) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.11(B)(5) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed $200, plus court costs for each offense.
(C) For § 131.12 of this chapter, the penalty, upon a plea of guilty, nolo contendere or finding of guilt, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $200, plus court costs.

(D) Any person who shall violate the provisions § 131.13 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and upon conviction thereof shall be punished for violation with a fine of $200.
