§ 131.03 HARMFUL DECEPTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to deceive another, whether by impersonation, misrepresentation or otherwise, when the deception results in, or contributes to, the loss, damage, harm or injury of the person deceived or of a third party, or results in, or contributes to, the benefit of the deceiver.
