No person shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to come or remain on the premises of any massage establishment as a massage therapist, employee, patron or in any other capacity without parental/legal guardian presence or written consent, unless such person is on the premises on lawful business (such as utilizing other services of a multi- service day spa type business).
