(A) The City Council may determine upon what streets and parts of streets, angle parking shall be permitted, and shall have streets marked or signed.
(B) On those streets which have been so signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by the signs or markings or outside of the area enclosed by the markings.
