(A) Any person violating any provision of this Title VII for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, performs any unlawful act as defined in this chapter or fails to perform any act required in this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any amount not to exceed the limits established in § 39.08. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
