§ 71.09 RECKLESS DRIVING.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits of the city, in a careless, negligent or reckless manner, without regard for the safety of persons, property or the lawful use of the streets.

(B) The person shall be guilty of reckless driving.
